Inside Sales Representative & Office Manager

Position Scope:

  • Inside Sales Representative should be capable of selling, marketing and following up with leads that have been provided as well as initiating leads independently
  • Receives requests for product information, sales quotes, and standard legal agreements from current and potential customers
  • Makes sales quotes on standard items, writes orders, and relays pertinent information to customers
  • Coordinates with other departments in handling requests and providing service to customers
  • Performs duties with marketing department in which customer contact is a prime responsibility

Essential Functions:

  • Ordering office supplies and food, shipping letters and packages, coordinating company outings, interfacing with office related vendors, and facilitating communications with our corporate headquarters
  • Coordinating HR and payroll with corporate headquarters
  • Assisting with expense reports and travel for staff in our offices
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings
  • Following up on all inquiries and qualifies all leads received by company
  • Maintain records for lead and accounts in CRM database
  • Proactively prospecting and networking with customer interaction comprising mostly by telephone, email and fax communications
  • Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service
  • Assist in the needs of customers and account managers in assigned territory
  • Prepare price quotes for standard customer engagements
  • Prepare paperwork (original purchase order, copies of invoice, etc) to be given to accounting department for credit or debit to be issued
  • Prospecting and conducting inside sales calls to existing and potential clients regarding the products and services that company provides
  • Generating leads and setting appointments for account managers as directed
  • Successfully selling the products and services provided by the company
  • Conducting some cold calling to assist in establishing a client list

Job Requirements:

  • 4-6 years minimum experience in office management, executive administration or inside seales
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in technical (software) insides sales preferred
